What we need from you...

• Be a design ‘super star’: Must be able to produce high quality work, handle multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized. Heads up...project timelines and deadlines are very tight and are common
• Know the programs: Proficient in using programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Keynote, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Finish what you start: Able to conceptualize and execute project from start to finish
• Don’t cut corners: Ensure designs focus on quality and thoughtfulness while accomplishing the client objectives
• Let’s not get crazy: Ensure all designs align with client brand standards
• If you’re not early, you’re late: Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Keep an open mind: Work through edits or revisions both internally and externally
• Keep it tidy: Highly organized with project planning and setting realistic timelines
• Play nice with others: Collaborate with design team and any affiliate partners
• Say it like it is, nicely: Strong communication skills with professional demeanor as this role will likely be client facing

Experience / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design or related field
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in related field
• Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolioProficiency with required tools, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, packaging, advertising, and digital design
